Energy by Gagan Chahal ("we", "us", "our") operates https://energy.gaganchahal.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or book a consultation, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Booking and enquiry details — name, phone number, email, city, area, and preferred date/time, submitted when you book a consultation or send an enquiry.
• Account information — if you register or sign in (including with Google), we store your name, email, phone, and profile photo you choose to upload.
• Payment details — for paid consultations, we record the amount due and the UPI transaction reference (UTR) you submit to confirm payment. We don't process or store card numbers or UPI PINs — payment happens directly through your UPI app.
• Activity on the site — services you save as favorites, consultations you book, and reviews you leave.
• Usage data — pages visited and campaign source (via UTM parameters), collected through Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To confirm and schedule your consultation, and follow up afterward.
• To notify our team in real time when you book or enquire, so we can respond quickly.
• To verify UPI payments against the UTR you submit.
• To send you updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp — you can turn any of these off individually from My Portal → Settings.
• To show your saved favorites, booking history and reviews when you're signed in.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors to the site.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the service providers that run the site on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) and Google (sign-in and analytics). If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices

• Update your name, phone or photo any time from My Portal → Settings.
• Turn off email, SMS or WhatsApp notifications individually from the same page.
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data by writing to hello@gaganchahal.com.

Data retention

We keep booking, payment and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, respond to you, and meet legal/accounting obligations.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
