Nature of our services

Our Vastu and space-energy consultations offer guidance on direction, layout and element balance based on traditional Vastu principles. This is advisory in nature — it is not a substitute for structural engineering, legal, medical, or financial advice, and doesn't guarantee any specific outcome. Any structural changes should be reviewed by a qualified engineer or architect before execution.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering — we use it to schedule and follow up on consultations.

Bookings and payments

• Booking a consultation is a request for an appointment — we'll contact you to confirm timing.
• Consultation fees are as listed on the Services page at the time of booking, payable via UPI.
• Payment is confirmed once we verify the UTR / transaction ID you submit against the amount received.
• Refunds or rescheduling for paid consultations are handled case-by-case — contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.

Communication

By submitting your phone number or email through a booking or enquiry, you agree we may contact you about it by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can turn off individual notification channels any time from My Portal → Settings.

Reviews and content you submit

Reviews are moderated before they appear publicly. By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and grant us permission to display it on the site. We may edit for length or remove reviews that are abusive, spam, or clearly false.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to submit false information, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with other users' access to the site.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". Energy by Gagan Chahal isn't liable for decisions or outcomes based on our guidance or third-party content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Patiala, Punjab having jurisdiction.
